When a return is accepted

- Include your order details, product photographs and a mandatory unboxing video.
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back.
Replacement and refund
Refunds apply when the ordered item is out of stock or a replacement is unavailable. Once the returned item is received and verified, an approved refund is processed within 7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and earrings are excluded from returns, with earrings excluded for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it to our team using the process above.
